Free, on-site parking for all is allowed for the Wednesday evening Maine Flower Show Premiere.
Thursday – Sunday: On-Site Parking
- On-Site parking is FREE for handicapped placard/plate holders and vehicles with occupied infant/child seats.
- **NEW FOR 2020 – On-Site Parking Permits Available for Purchase** Quantities are limited daily. Be sure to purchase yours in advance to secure a parking spot on-site; permits must be purchased online in advance of the show. Permits are good for specific time blocks and must be printed & displayed on the driver’s side dashboard upon arrival at Thompson’s Point.
A final decision regarding the Maine Flower Show and the COVID-19 will be made by end of the day tomorrow, March 13th.
You can enter the Maine Flower Show through “Brick South” building at 8 Thompson’s Point Road in Portland, ME. Thompson’s Point is easily accessed at Exit 5A of I-295. Drive around the Portland Transportation Center (home of Concord Bus Lines and Amtrak train service) and the road will take you right to Thompson’s Point. The parking lot and entrance will be readily visible.
Parking attendants will direct you. There will be on-site vans and golf carts for those requiring rides to the entrance.
Anyone who needs to be dropped at the door should notify parking attendant as they arrive at Thompson’s Point.
Thursday – Sunday: FREE Off-site Parking and Shuttle Services:
Due to ongoing construction at Thompson’s Point, on-site parking from Thursday to Sunday is being reserved for those with handicap plates and placards, cars who have occupied infant and child carriers, and those who purchased Parking Permits online.
We do provide free off-site parking and shuttle services. Parking is available at the Maine Mall (section of Maine Mall Parking Lot across the street from Hannaford’s) which will be clearly marked with signage beginning Thursday.
Free shuttle buses begin running at 9:30 am each morning, and will run continuously throughout the show.
We ask that event guests please be respectful of our Libbytown Neighbors and abide by all posted “No Event Parking” signs—City of Portland.
